A rack-mount Mesa-Boogie Simul-Class 295 guitar power amp (although I’ve tried it for bass and it sounds great with the Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp and Mesa Boogie 4×10″ Diesel bass cabinet, which we also have available in Kitarshokak’s Backline). This model was used by everyone from Metallica to AC/DC to Prince in the studio and/or on tour for stadium shows around the world.

Two output transformers capable of delivering 95 watts each can power four speaker cabinets. With a combination of 6L6 and EL34 tubes, it offers two modes: Class A at 30 watts through the EL34s, or you can also add the 6L6s in Class A/B for the full 95 watts per channel. Both channels have independent standby, volume, and presence controls.

Although it is not aesthetically flawless, it sounds totally inspiring and three-dimensional.
