Description

At your disposal: a vintage MXR 10 EQ, the same one used by Randy Rhoads to achieve his sound. It’s a very useful tool for getting interesting tones in the studio. In fact, it blends very naturally with an amplifier’s sound. It works great both as a booster and for shaping your tone. This particular unit was Made in USA and requires an external transformer to operate (included). Originally, it doesn’t have a switch to turn it on and off, but ours has one implemented.

At Kitarshokak, we offer you virtually the same setup he used in his time, based on vintage Marshall amplification from the 70s–80s, MXR Distortion+ (70s–80s vintage), this MXR 10EQ vintage unit, and our 1991 Gibson Les Paul Standard, all part of our backline.
