PRICE RATES & DISCOUNTS (VAT IS NOT INCLUDED)

– The price per day of use is reflected in each article. This is the minimum price. You can find it by clicking below on the link to the rental catalogue dossier.

– The price will be improved if the rental is for more than one consecutive day applying the following progressive discount ratios.

Example:

• 2 DAYS OF USE – CATALOGUE PRICE x 1,5
• 3 DAYS OF USE – CATALOGUE PRICE x 1,8
• 7 DAYS OF USE – CATALOGUE PRICE x 3

…And so on.

– The price will also be improved if they exceed the number of 20 item rentals per year.

– In addition, for regular customers or orders by packs, the conditions may be more advantageous.

SHIPPING & TRANSPORT

Kitarshokak can send or deliver the material to any point that is needed. Each particular case will be considered to see which may be the most suitable and safest shipping method.

AVAILABILITY & BOOKINGS

• Check availability (There could be an item reserved, not available or we could have some more than articles reflected here)
• Reservations will be done for a specific date with a sign payment in advance that will be agreed according to the estimated amount of the rent.  For refunding of reservation payment, in case of that renting will not be needed at last, only will be returned if reserve is cancelled 14 calendar days before at least. If this is not done in this way reserve money will not be refunded.
• It reserves the right to offer the rental service

DEPOSIT

In the event will not include Kitarshokak´s technical team who will be responsible for the material, it will be necessary to leave a minimum deposit of € 300.00 (depending on the material to be rented) which will be refunded once it is checked that all the material is back in the same conditions in which it was delivered. Kitarshokak will refund the deposit 7-10 days after receiving the material and after thoroughly checking the rented material.

For these cases, an identity document will be required, such as ID or passport, and a credit card (which will be retained until the material will be returned. Debit card is not accepted) in addition to signing a contract for the aforementioned rental.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

Cash, by deposit or bank transfer, Bizum and Paypal. Remember that we do NOT assume Paypal taxes for payments as products or services (3.4% + € 0.35) and those costs will be added to the price if you choose this option. You can make them free of charge via PayPal if you make it as a gift. We will receive payment instantly.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The material can be withdrawn or sent once the total rental service plus the deposit has been paid in one of our accounts (bank or PayPal) or in cash.
